Do you have a store front?
Currently Maple Leash is an online dog boutique. There are plans for a future store but for now our store is available to you 24 hours a day online.

Are your prices in Canadian Dollars?
Yes! Everything listed is in Canadian Dollars.

How can I pay?
All payments are handled through the Paypal checkout system. This is for your security and ours. Paypal is the largest and safest online payment processor used world wide. We will also accept Cheque or money order through mail. Please contact us first if you would like to purchase with one of these methods. In person (local dog parks..etc) we will also accept cash.

Do I need a Paypal account?
No! Paypal works like any online credit card processor, you input your information and it processes the payment. It is like a middle man that ensures yours and my security online.

I have a discount code or coupon, where can I use this?
During the checkout process you will see a form to input your coupon/discount code after the payment screen.
*Note - Coupon codes do not apply to shipping or taxes

How do I order something?
Its very simple. Browse our website to find an item, hit the "add to cart" button to send an item to your cart. When you have finished shopping, hit the "Checkout" button and follow the order confirmation steps. If you have any difficulties, don’t hesitate to email us and we can walk you through it.
